Any site that is found to include pornographic material will be excluded immediately from Websintown.com.  Websintown.com  provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms , which may be updated anytime by us without notice to you. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Websintown.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion or mis-delivery of our service. 

 Websintown.com is not responsible for errors or omissions beyond our control. You are required to submit the following form to Websintown.com in order to be listed FREE. In the event that a listing is incorrect, we will make every attempt to correct the listing as soon as practical. In any event liabilities will be limited to any dollar amount paid  (if any) in advertising to Websintown.com. Websintown.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel, edit or withdraw any advertisement that is deemed inappropriate or unacceptable or  we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information  is inappropriate or unacceptable. Offensive language, pornographic material, improper / unethical practices or false statements will cause immediate termination of your listing with Websintown.com.

Websintown.com  reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Websintown.com without notice to you. You also agree that Websintown.com  shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any discontinuance of our Service.

When you submit a valid registration form to Websintown.com, You authorize us to list your business and web site accordingly. By submitting a completed registration form, you state that you are authorized to do so. You agree to indemnify and hold Websintown.com, and its officers, agents, and employees, harmless from any claims or demands, including any reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content on your web site. In order to verify your listing and to update you on any changes made to Websintown.com or your listing, all  required information on the registration Form is needed. Failure to complete all required information will result in the listing being canceled.

You must notify Websintown.com of any change to your listing, URL, Area codes, Email Etc.
We want to keep the database current and accurate for consumers searching for web sites. Broken links and incorrect information looks bad for everyone. Please help us keep updated.

Websintown.com web listings are for one calendar year. The calendar year starts with the beginning of the month following the first publication. We will contact you on your anniversary to confirm all information is still current. Failure to respond will result in your listing being canceled. PLEASE RESPOND. 

 Advertisers must be a registered legitimate business. FREE listing must be listed in the town that you are legally located in before running any advertisements in other areas. 

Your initial listing is and always will be FREE.
